Joseph Englander to Join The Florida Bar's Webinar on Copyrights & Trademarks

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (April 9, 2025) – Fort Lauderdale Partner Joseph Englander will speak at a webinar, titled “Intellectual Property for the Non-IP Practitioner - Part II - Copyrights and Trademarks,” hosted by The Florida Bar on April 23 at 12:00 p.m. ET.

Mr. Englander will be joined by Leslie J. Lott (Lott & Fischer) for this 50-minute session to provide intellectual property basics for non-IP practitioners. Ms. Lott will present on trademark protection, while Mr. Englander will cover copyright protection. CLE credits are available.

Mr. Englander is a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology and Cannabis, Hemp & Regulated Substances Practices. Mr. Englander has deep experience in the intellectual property (IP) space. He regularly prosecutes patents and handles trademark and copyright matters. He also litigates IP cases in courts as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
