Lewis Brisbois Litigation Team Recognized as Law360 Legal Lions of The Week

Four partners in Lewis Brisbois's Chicago office were recently recognized as Law360's "Legal Lions of The Week." Tim Young, Lynn Geerdes, Robert V. Good, Jr., and Jordan LaClair represented Twin Hill Acquisition Inc. and Mi Hub in a case involving American Airlines, where an Illinois federal judge ruled that allegedly toxic employee uniforms did not have sufficient expert evidence indicating that they caused or were capable of causing the approximately 75 Plaintiffs’ health symptoms.

Good, Jr., and Jordan LaClair represented Twin Hill Acquisition Inc. and Mi Hub in a case involving American Airlines, where an Illinois federal judge ruled that allegedly toxic employee uniforms did not have sufficient expert evidence indicating that they caused or were capable of causing the approximately 75 Plaintiffs’ health symptoms.

Ms. Geerdes is a member of the Long-Term Care, Healthcare, Medical Malpractice, and Labor & Employment Practices, and has successfully defended numerous cases on behalf of hospitals, nursing homes, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and psychiatric and behavioral health facilities, as well as toxic tort, products liability, labor and employment, trucking, auto, commercial and intellectual property cases.  Miss Geerdes is licensed in Iowa as well as Illinois.

Mr. Good is a member of the General Liability, Medical Malpractice and National Trial Practices, and is a multi-state and federal jurisdiction litigator with experience in general liability, products liability, and premises liability.
