Jeremiah Swett is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on consumer warranty and products liability litigation on behalf of manufacturers, as well as business and commercial disputes, environmental exposure, and general litigation.

Mr. Swett has represented Global 500 clients across the country on a broad range of cases in the areas of toxic tort, commercial real estate, business, and products liability. He has significant civil litigation experience handling all aspects of litigation through trial, including drafting and preparing oral argument for pre-trial and dispositive motions, managing large electronic discovery projects, and conducting depositions. Mr. Swett has participated in the trials of several cases to verdict in both state and federal court.
