Rafael Zahralddin to Speak on Nonbankruptcy Restructuring Alternatives at FBA Webinar

Wilmington, Del. (May 23, 2025) – Wilmington Partner Rafael X. Zahralddin-Aravena will present on nonbankruptcy restructuring alternatives at the Federal Bar Association (FBA) Commercial Law Webinar on May 27 at 2:00 p.m. ET.

In this 100-minute informative session, Mr. Zahralddin will be joined by Howard Brownstein (The Brownstein Corporation) and Laura Davis Jones (Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones) to explore nonbankruptcy alternatives for financially distressed companies, such as Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors and Consensual Restructuring.
