Daniel Thorson is an associate in the Madison County office of Lewis Brisbois. He primarily focuses his practice on general liability and asbestos litigation. Daniel has represented clients in Missouri and Illinois courts for matters involving automobile liability, premises liability, toxic torts, and first-party insurance claims. He also has experience responding to written discovery, drafting dispositive and pre-trial motions, researching legal issues, and preparing analytical case evaluations. Daniel tailors his legal strategies to best suit his clients' needs and to secure dismissals and favorable settlement outcomes.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisois, Daniel graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law. While in law school, he was a summer clerk for Williamson County States Attorney Office. He also gained experience as a law clerk at the state and federal level in employment and criminal law.
