Trevor Mohr is a partner in the Seattle office of Lewis Brisbois and member of the Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation, Asbestos Litigation, Hospitality, and General Liability practice groups. He has handled defense of a variety of personal injury claims involving asbestos exposure, premises liability, dram shop liability, third party construction injury, and products liability on behalf of dozens of corporate entities from small restaurant franchisees, product manufacturers, and apartment property managers to Fortune 500 companies including multiple global equipment manufacturers, an international hotel chain, and a worldwide general contractor.

Trevor recently served as monitoring counsel in a high risk civil rights wrongful death case on behalf of large municipal client and police department. In addition, Trevor has experience handling investigations on behalf of property managers in claims involving injuries sustained as a result of criminal activity on the premises.  He also has prior experience representing product manufacturers involved in small to large fire loss subrogation investigations. Trevor aggressively defends clients through proactive factual investigation, timely client reporting, and through diligent discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations. He regularly advises clients in risk avoidance and early resolution of disputes and frequently secures favorable settlements for clients through mediation and informal negotiations.

Trevor began his career working for a Philadelphia-based boutique insurance defense litigation firm for nearly a decade before relocating to Seattle in 2016. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Trevor practiced in the Seattle office of another AmLaw 100 firm, during which time he served as National Coordinating Counsel on behalf of a large international equipment manufacturer, managing the defense of 100s of asbestos cases in jurisdictions across the country. Trevor has obtained summary judgment and favorable resolutions on behalf of clients in Washington courts and multiple other jurisdictions in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
