Baltimore, Md. (June 10, 2025) – Baltimore Partner Andrew Gendron will speak on product liability risk at the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Annual Meeting in Quebec, Canada on July 8 at 10:00 a.m. ET. He is also serving on this event's CLE steering committee. 

In this 60-minute informative session, titled “An Ounce of Prevention: Assessing and Controlling Product Liability Risk,” Mr. Gendron and his co-panelists Sharon L. Caffrey (Duane Morris LLP), Kristen Harris (BlueOval SK, LLC), and Jessica Lam (Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP) will focus on helping companies proactively assess and manage their exposure to U.S. product liability risks. The session emphasizes the importance of ongoing risk assessment, contract awareness, and team training to mitigate potential litigation and enhance long-term resilience. CLE credits are available. 

Mr. Gendron is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ National Trial Practice and Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. He has tried nearly 100 cases to verdict, practiced throughout the United States, and is skilled in handling mass and class actions and multidistrict litigation in product liability, toxic tort, environmental, and stockholder/corporate-governance matters, as well as actions concerning fiduciary duties and professional liability.
