Greg Lynch Elevated to ABOTA Diplomate Rank

Co-Chair of Lewis Brisbois' National Healthcare and Medical Malpractice Practice Groups Gregory G. Lynch was recently elevated to a Diplomate of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the highest rank at the organization.

Los Angeles, Calif. (July 9, 2025) - Co-Chair of Lewis Brisbois' National Healthcare and Medical Malpractice Practice Groups Gregory G. Lynch was recently elevated to a Diplomate of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), the highest rank at the organization.

ABOTA diplomates have at least twelve years of active experience as a trial lawyer and as a member of the Bar of the state, province, district or territory in which he or she practices. They need to have held the rank of Advocate for a minimum of three years and tried a minimum of one hundred civil jury trials to a jury verdict or hung jury as lead counsel.

Mr. Lynch has over forty years experience in the representation of healthcare practitioners, healthcare institutions and healthcare systems. He has tried over 100 jury trials, and mostly medical malpractice lawsuits. Mr. Lynch specializes in representing physicians, surgeons and hospitals in medical malpractice lawsuits, investigations, and extra-judicial proceedings, including binding Arbitration Hearings and Medical Board proceedings.
