Enrique Lopez Salazar is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology and Entertainment, Media & Sports practice groups.

He focuses his practice on commercial and intellectual property litigation, with a deep passion for the entertainment industry and the creative community that drives it. Combining his love for film and television with his legal expertise, Enrique is dedicated to helping artists, producers, and innovators protect their work and bring their visions to life.

He has experience representing clients in trademark proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and in federal and state courts at all stages of litigation—including drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, handling motions, and preparing for trial. Enrique approaches every case with the goal of empowering creativity through strong, strategic advocacy.

At Southwestern Law School, Enrique graduated with a specialization in Entertainment and Media Law and served as president of the Entertainment Law Society. At Columbia University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, he was named a Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) Scholar and took classes in Mexican cinema and independent film producing. Prior to law and graduate school, Enrique earned his B.A. in Political Science from Manhattanville University.

When not working, Enrique loves spending time with his wife and two sons, reading up on Hollywood history, and catching the latest release in theaters. Enrique is also an avid fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers and proficient in Spanish.
