Tamar Kazanjian is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP. Her practice focuses on products liability and toxic tort litigation, representing clients in complex matters involving alleged defective products and environmental exposure claims. At Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, she represents Global 500 clients nationwide in products liability defense.

Ms. Kazanjian has significant experience handling warranty and fraud litigation on behalf of automotive manufacturers and distributors. She manages all aspects of litigation, including pre-filing strategy, litigation avoidance counseling, and case development through resolution. Her practice includes extensive motion work, including drafting motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, demurrers, and discovery requests and responses in both state and federal courts. She has served as trial counsel in state and federal warranty actions involving automobile manufacturers and distributors.

Ms. Kazanjian earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Sciences and a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a Dean’s List honoree. While at USC, she was a Division I Women’s Water Polo student-athlete and a member of the 2018 NCAA National Championship team. Her prior legal experience includes defense litigation in employment law, civil rights, and constitutional law, fraudulent concealment,  as well as plaintiff-side work involving personal injury matters.
