Evan Loeffler is a real estate attorney in Seattle with over 20 years of experience in landlord-tenant relations and litigation. He has assisted thousands of landlords, property managers and owners in Seattle and throughout Washington State to resolve difficult legal disputes involving evictions, litigation, post-foreclosure matters, leases and other landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Loeffler relies on extensive litigation experience and knowledge of the law to effectively represent property management companies, landlords, and commercial tenants in Seattle and surrounding counties.
He has practiced law in Washington since graduating from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1994. He is an author and contributor to several chapters on landlord-tenant law in the Washington Lawyers Practice Manual published and annually updated by the King County Bar Association.
Mr. Loeffler is peer-rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell for having the highest ethical standards and legal ability. He was named a "Washington Super Lawyer" by Washington Law and Politics Magazine, and one of Washington's "Top 100 Lawyers" by Seattle Metropolitan Magazine in 2015. He is the co-author of the Real Estate Closing Deskbook, Third Edition, published by the American Bar Association. He lectures frequently for property managers and lawyers on landlord-tenant law and ethics.
