James Santos is an associate in the Nashville office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.
James represents his clients throughout all stages of civil litigation from case inception to completion, including pre-suit and pre-trial investigations and negotiations, written discovery, fact and expert witness depositions, dispositive motion practice, and if necessary, trial preparation. James’ General Liability practice focuses primarily on matters involving premises liability, products liability, automotive liability, wrongful death, business and commercial disputes, and construction defects. James has successfully defended clients throughout Tennessee and has obtained litigation experience including successfully drafting dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment, as well as the negotiation of favorable settlements for his clients.
James is originally from Hollis, New Hampshire, a small town about one hour from Boston, Massachusetts. When he is not in the office or in the courtroom, he enjoys watching both NFL and college football (especially cheering on his South Carolina Gamecocks), playing golf, and spending time with his family and friends.
