Judah A. Kalker is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the firm’s General Liability and Construction Practices. His practice focuses on the defense of complex construction accident, premises liability, property damage, and general litigation matters.

Judah represents municipalities, public benefit corporations, owners, developers, construction managers, general contractors, and their agents in actions involving high-exposure construction accident claims, including those brought under New York Labor Law. He also has experience handling disputes involving construction contracts and other commercial matters.

Before entering litigation, Judah worked in tax law and accounting, which provides him with a strong analytical foundation for evaluating damages and financial aspects of complex claims. He has experience drafting dispositive motions, coordinating expert analysis, and conducting and defending depositions in multi-party litigation. Judah earned his J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law.
