Josie Brumfield is a partner in the Salt Lake City office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.

Josie is a veteran civil defense litigator with over 20 years of experience representing clients in complex legal matters throughout Utah. She has spent the last decade primarily defending clients in general liability and complex tort matters. She has tried more than 200 jury cases to verdict and is known for her tenacity, command of the courtroom, and unwavering advocacy for her clients. 

Her practice includes defending personal injury, premises liability and trucking cases, with a focus on practical, results-driven strategies that align with her clients' business and litigation goals. 

Josie earned her J.D. from University of Utah and is admitted to practice law in Utah state and federal courts.
