Anthony W. Liberatore is a partner in the Newark office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Healthcare, Medical Malpractice, and Long-Term Care practices. He concentrates his practice on professional malpractice matters including the defense of hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare practitioners in both State and Federal Court. 

Mr. Liberatore began his career in pharmaceutical compliance for a major pharmaceutical manufacturer ensuring compliance with federal regulations and industry guidelines. He then transitioned to private practice focusing on civil litigation. While predominately focusing on medical malpractice litigation, he has also handled premises liability, commercial, and employment matters. He has also represented many public entities in the State of New Jersey. 

Mr. Liberatore has extensive experience in all aspects of managing complex litigation from pre-suit investigations through resolution and Appellate practice. He also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution. He has also represented physicians, nurses, dentists, and physical therapists in Board inquiries and investigations.
