Michael Goitein is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois. He defends corporate entities in a wide range of litigation matters, using his strong analytical abilities, advocacy skills, and persuasive writing skills to attain successful outcomes for his clients. 

Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Michael worked at one of New York’s leading medical malpractice defense firms, defending hospitals and medical practitioners in medical malpractice matters. Prior to that, he worked in commercial litigation where his duties included motion practice, trials, and appellate work.

Michael is also qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales, where he practiced employment law at some of London’s leading law firms before moving to the United States. His work included representing corporations and individuals in dismissal and discrimination matters, as well as negotiating employment contracts and settlement agreements for HNW individuals.
