Marnie C. Lambert is a partner in the Orange County office of Lewis Brisbois. She focuses on general liability litigation and represents legal entities of all types and sizes, individuals, and homeowner/community associations. Marnie has significant experience in all aspects of defending insurers and their policyholders. She has represented clients in a broad variety of matters from inception through resolution by mediation, trial, and arbitration. Marnie's areas of focus during her career have included insurance law, consumer advocacy, and securities arbitration. She has handled complex actions in state and federal courts, including consumer class actions. Marnie's cases have involved claims of insurance bad faith, fraud, negligence, defamation, breach of contract, wrongful death, products liability, property damages, bodily injury, professional liability, unfair business practices, violations of consumer protection laws, invasion of privacy, and violation of HIPAA Rules.
