Rosa Mazza-Hilway is an associate in the Newark office of Lewis Brisbois. Ms. Mazza-Hilway works on all phases of complex litigation matters, from pre-litigation investigation to trials and appeals, with a focus on contract disputes, construction claims, and complex commercial title disputes.

Ms. Mazza-Hilway received her Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hall University where she majored in Political Science and minored in Philosophy and English. She received her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School in Newark, NJ. 

Following her legal education, Ms. Mazza-Hilway clerked for the Honorable Frank Covello, the Presiding Judge in the General Equity and Chancery Division for the Passaic Vicinage of the New Jersey Superior Court.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Mazza-Hilway gained significant litigation experience as an attorney at a Newark law firm, where she worked on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters representing large financial institutions, corporations, borrowers, landlords, and creditors.
