Greg Lynch is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and is a Co-Chair of the National Healthcare and Medical Malpractice Practice Groups. Mr. Lynch has over forty years experience in the representation of healthcare practitioners, healthcare institutions and healthcare systems. Mr. Lynch has tried over 100 jury trials, and mostly medical malpractice lawsuits. He specializes in representing physicians, surgeons and hospitals in medical malpractice lawsuits, investigations, and extra-judicial proceedings, including binding Arbitration Hearings and Medical Board proceedings. He works with healthcare providers regarding regulatory and other compliance matters.

Mr. Lynch was elected an Associate to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) in 1996. Membership in ABOTA is limited to those attorneys with significant jury trial experience. Mr. Lynch holds the rank of Diplomate, the highest rank in this organization. 

Mr. Lynch was inducted as a Fellow to the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2010. The American College of Trial Lawyers is composed of the best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada, and is widely considered to be the premier professional trial organization in America. Fellowship is extended only by invitation, after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. The vetting process for this organization includes references by Judges to whom the candidate has tried cases to, as well as opposing attorneys who are questioned on the candidates trial skills, ethics, morality and civility.
