Beth Ann Berger Zerman is a partner in the Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Corporate, Business Practices, Complex Business & Commercial Litigation, Cannabis, Hemp & Regulated Substances, Insurance Coverage, and Bad Faith Litigation Practices.

Ms. Berger has over thirty years of experience in advising closely held corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities on issues of governance, employment, vendor relations, restrictive covenants, intellectual property, licensing, advertising, real estate and acquisitions. Ms. Berger represents companies in a broad range of industries including financial, import, manufacturing, health care, cannabis and media.

Ms. Berger also has more than thirty years of experience representing insurers and commercial clients on a national basis in complex civil litigation, such as matters involving Declaratory Judgment; Bad Faith; Commercial Contracts; and Commercial Torts including disputes involving trade secrets and unfair competition. She is a former Director of Litigation for a Chicago-based national property, casualty, and specialty lines insurer with extensive experience reviewing, analyzing and drafting policy form wording and providing coverage analysis.
