Maren MacAdam is a partner in the Sacramento office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. Ms. MacAdam possesses extensive trial experience and handles a wide range of litigation for a diverse client base, including environmental matters, products liability, insurance defense, wage and hour class actions, real estate matters, construction disputes, breach of contract and employment litigation. She represents public entities, businesses, partnerships, and corporations of all sizes, as well as their management and employees in a multitude of differing types of disputes.

Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. MacAdam worked with a law firm in San Francisco where she assisted her team in representing clients regarding matters involving toxic tort, environmental, regulatory compliance and liability defense.

While in law school in New York, Ms. MacAdam gained unforgettable experience and knowledge working for a small law firm focusing primarily on maritime and aviation law. She assisted in handling complex commercial litigation, products liability, environmental and corporate matters. The firm represented insurers, corporate clients and individuals in all federal and state courts. 

Ms. MacAdam has a passion for advocating for her clients and helping her clients resolve issues in an efficient manner, both from a time and cost perspective.

Ms. MacAdam has volunteered for many years with her local high school mock trial competition program as a judge and scoring attorney. This experience has been invaluable in helping to facilitate the next generation of practicing attorneys.
