Tushar Ahuja is a Senior Associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Construction Practices. He is admitted to the New York State and Federal Courts. He practices in the areas of General Liability, Products Liability, and Construction, and specializes in the defense of NY Labor Law claims on behalf of owners, developers, construction managers, general contractors, and others. Tushar handles the defense of large exposure personal injury and complex construction cases from initial investigation through resolution and member of, participates in a rapid response investigation team.

Tushar also has experience litigating trucking accidents, motor vehicle accident, personal injury, insurance coverage and defense matters in the New York state and federal courts.
