Lewis Brisbois only accepts candidate submissions from search firms with which it has a current signed fee agreement in place.
Search firms may only submit candidates for positions that are posted on the Current Openings section of our website. If you would like us to consider an impressive candidate whose experience and interests do not match an available position, please send an email to our Recruiting Department at Recruiting@LewisBrisbois.com summarizing the candidate’s credentials. The candidate’s identity should not be released until requested by a member of the Recruiting Department.
Lewis Brisbois does not accept unsolicited candidate submissions from search firms. Unsolicited submissions include any resumes, CVs or biographies that are sent to any attorney or employee of Lewis Brisbois (other than a member of our Recruiting Department) via postal mail, email or any other method. In the event a search firm submits a candidate without a fee agreement in place, the candidate submitted will be considered unsolicited and treated as if the candidate submitted their resume directly to Lewis Brisbois, and no fee will be paid.
Lewis Brisbois will not pay a fee to a search firm that fails to adhere to these guidelines and/or the terms under a signed fee agreement.
