Jonathan Aihie is a partner in the Miami and Tampa offices of Lewis Brisbois. He is a member of several practice areas, including Labor & Employment, General Liability, and Entertainment, Media & Sports. Jonathan is dedicated to representing and defending his clients, which include major corporations, in a wide range of complex disputes. These disputes range from commercial general liability issues to labor and employment matters. 

Jonathan has a proven track record in litigation, successfully writing and arguing motions for summary judgment in high-stakes premises liability cases. He has also handled serious allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII, the ADA, the FLSA, and various federal and state statutes. Additionally, Jonathan previously served as a state prosecutor, where he successfully first-chaired multiple criminal trials, further solidifying his litigation skills and expertise. He has effectively defended insurers and corporations in hundreds of claims, establishing himself as a tactical, aggressive, and effective litigator.

When he is not advocating for clients in the courtroom, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Additionally, Jonathan loves to hit the road on his bike for long-distance cycling adventures. A passionate sports enthusiast, he’s a devoted fan of the Florida State Seminoles, the Miami Heat, and the Miami Dolphins. This love for sports fuels his commitment to his professional endeavors in Sports and Media Law, blending personal passion with professional purpose.
