Nathan Allen is an associate in the Cincinnati office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. He is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky.

Nathan graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in business management and a minor in legal studies. He went on to attend Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he was involved in the Small Business and Nonprofit Law Clinic until he graduated in 2020.

Nathan started his legal career as a general attorney for the United States Small Business Administration in the Office of Disaster Assistance, where he helped to identify and prosecute fraud and identify theft related to the COVID-19 Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL). He then transitioned to private practice as a litigator for a high-volume consumer finance and debt collections firm, gaining valuable trial, mediation, and settlement negotiation experience.

In his free time, Nathan enjoys traveling with his wife, backpacking, riding his motorcycle and playing the drums.
