Francis Arenas is a partner in the Las Vegas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Francis has over 25 years of knowledge and legal experience.  Mr. Arenas graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Military Science. He graduated from California Western School of Law on a Dean’s Scholarship. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the State Bar of California since 1998.

Mr. Arenas was a former prosecutor with the State of Nevada, Attorney General’s Office. He was also a former Chief of Enforcement with the Secretary of State, Securities Division.  In that position, Mr. Arenas was a P.O.S.T certified law enforcement officer that investigated securities fraud and other white-collar crimes.  

Moreover, Mr. Arenas is an experienced litigation attorney and has conducted numerous arbitrations, trials, and other court hearings. Mr. Arenas has handled general liability, commercial litigation, and coverage cases. This experience includes representing both defendants and plaintiffs in general negligence matters involving premises liability, automobile accidents, products liability cases and bad faith claims.
