Jillian Babineaux is an associate in the Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois and member of the General Liability Practice. Jillian manages a range of cases from claim investigation through resolution, including auto, premises liability, property damage, medical malpractice, and insurance fraud matters.

Jillian is committed to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients by leveraging her experience with both sides of civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Jillian represented plaintiffs in complex personal injury and wrongful death matters, giving her a unique, dual-perspective approach that she utilizes to advocate for her clients.

Jillian also has experience in Family Law, Child Law, and Criminal Law through her clerkships and representation of clients as an Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711-licensed student attorney with the Civitas ChildLaw Legal Clinic.
