Tina L. Baravarian is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Toxic Tort & Environmental Litigation, Products Liability and Asbestos Litigation Practices.  She focuses her practice on the defense of manufacturers, retailers, suppliers and premises owners in toxic tort and environmental litigation. Ms. Baravarian also has experience in the areas of habitability, homeowners associations and common interest developments, where she has represented associations and individual board members in claims brought by owners, residents and third parties involving claims of personal injury, property damage and other claims.  Ms. Baravarian is versed in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts and has enjoyed great success in obtaining dismissals, summary judgments, and favorable settlements for her clients.
