Jackson Beal is an associate in the Denver office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Jackson has extensive experience in construction defect, bad faith, wrongful death, personal injury, professional liability, real estate, contract dispute, and other general liability fields including ranching law, toxic tort, and medical malpractice. Mr. Beal has successfully briefed multiple motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and other novel issues that have dismissed his clients from multi-million dollar lawsuits.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Jackson was an associate at a regional law firm in Denver practicing civil litigation, where he primarily represented clients in premises liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, and auto and trucking cases. After obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, Jackson clerked at the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of the General Counsel in Golden, Colorado, where he researched complex cybersecurity, procurement, and renewable energy issues at the federal and state level.

While earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, Jackson served on the university's Moot Court Council, was a Symposium Editor for the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy, and served as a research assistant for the University's Media, Law and Technology Program. Mr. Beal also interned at the ACLU of Kansas and a prominent First Amendment firm in the Kansas City area.
