Edward Briscoe is a partner in the Miami office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability Practice. Ed has nearly thirty years’ experience dealing with lawsuits in both federal and state courts involving a wide variety of products, chemicals and hazardous materials, as well as the diseases commonly associated with exposure to these materials. 

In addition to product liability and toxic tort cases, Ed handles complex matters involving environmental, transportation, maritime and premises liability. He currently represents leading members of the transportation sector including manufacturers, suppliers and trucking companies.
