Britt Arram Carlson is an associate attorney in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.
Britt has received victories in two arbitrations out of the two he has tried. He has extensive experience with all steps of pre-trial practice. His litigation experience includes cases relating to heavy commercial industry, federal Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) regulations, labor and employment, labor unions, derivative actions, breaches of fiduciary duty, premises liability, sports, medical malpractice, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, and real estate transactions.
Britt has experience on all sides of litigation; he has represented plaintiffs, defendants, and has been in-house. Prior to joining the firm, Britt was in-house counsel at a multi-million-dollar international biotechnology startup, dealing with a variety of legal issues, including international intellectual property transactions, private equity securities law compliance, and product commercialization. In addition, Britt practiced commercial litigation in several jurisdictions at a law firm in Scottsdale prior to joining the firm.
Britt graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 2021, where he specialized in business and securities litigation and received a speaker commendation in the Appellate Advocacy Competition. Britt triple-majored at the University of Washington Foster School of Business in finance, entrepreneurship, and history.
