Demian Casey is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the general liability practice. He is an experienced litigator with an emphasis on civil defense litigation. He has handled cases involving personal injury, catastrophic loss, wrongful death, business litigation, contract disputes, homeowner association conflicts, and habitability claims in state and federal court as well as in arbitration. 

Demian has served as both in house corporate counsel and outside litigation counsel, guiding individuals and companies through the litigation process. He has handled every aspect of civil litigation from the inception of a claim through trial and verdict.
