Nicole Collins is a partner in the Dallas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Consumer Financial Services and Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practices.
She focuses her practice on consumer litigation defense and financial services. Ms. Collins has experience representing credit reporting agencies, fintechs, mortgage services, banks and other financial institutions. She has been involved in numerous cases, including class actions, involving allegations of unfair debt collection practices under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), the California Rosenthal Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”).
