Mary Daniel is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois. Ms. Daniel handles a wide variety of litigation cases that focus on claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour disputes. She regularly defends employment law matters from prelitigation through the litigation stage. Ms. Daniel also has experience in copyright law.

Ms. Daniel earned her Juris Doctorate in 2021 from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. She served as an editor for both the Southern California Law Review and USC’s Spotlight Entertainment Law Journal. Her time as an editor helped develop her detail-oriented approach to legal writing.

Outside the office, Ms. Daniel enjoys spending time with her friends and family, rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles, and watching movies.
