Josh Davis is a partner in the Houston office of Lewis Brisbois, a vice-chair of the Healthcare, Medical Malpractice, and Long-Term Care Practices, and a member of the General Liability, Professional Liability, and Products Liability Practices.

Mr. Davis specializes in the defense of Owners and Operators of Multi Family Housing, hospitality entities, product manufacturers and healthcare entities throughout the state of Texas. Mr. Davis is also experienced in cause and origin matter, liquor liability and Non Subscriber defense of employers.

Mr. Davis has experience handling State and Federal sex trafficking cases for hotel franchisees and franchisors.  Mr. Davis also assisted in a National Coordinating Counsel role for a nationwide hotel franchise. 

Licensed since 2001, Mr. Davis has successfully handled numerous matters through trial and arbitration. Mr. Davis routinely represents his client’s interests throughout the State of Texas via jury trials, bench trials and arbitration.
