Taylor Farrier is an associate in the Charlotte office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Taylor practices in various departments including Labor and Employment, General Liability, and Workers Compensation. She has experience defending employers in both federal and state courts on matters such as employment discrimination and harassment claims, breach of contract claims, and class actions. Her General Liability experience also expands to defense of businesses of all sizes in tort claims arising from employment and non-employment cases.

Taylor also enjoys being a part of the Employment Counseling group diving into issues such as Artificial Intelligence in the workplace and counseling employers through the changing landscape of non-compete agreements.
