Heriberto “Beto” Fernandez is an associate in the Houston office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Beto began his career practicing workers compensation insurance defense and prior to joining Lewis Brisbois he worked as a plaintiff’s side personal injury attorney.

Beto focuses his practice on defending claims arising from trucking accidents, ride-share auto accidents, premises liability, breach of warranty, construction defect, intentional torts, and other general liability events. He represents a variety of clients, including individuals, family-owned businesses, logistics companies, automakers, booking agents, and large national corporations operating across various industries such as trucking, vehicle manufacturing, entertainment, transportation, retail, and construction. He has successfully defended clients involved in complex cases alleging bodily injuries, breach of warranty, and insurance subrogation litigation. Beto is repeatedly recognized for his willingness to contribute and his excellent customer service. 

In his free time, Beto enjoys spending time with those close to him, trying out food, and discovering what the world has to offer.
