Brad Fyffe is a partner in the Lexington and Cincinnati Offices of Lewis Brisbois. Brad handles matters in both state and federal courts in Kentucky and Ohio. He is a member of the Labor & Employment and General Liability Practices. 

In his Labor & Employment work, Brad defends employers in cases involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. He has successfully negotiated favorable pre-suit resolutions, while handling matters through jury trial. Brad has obtained dismissals of claims at both the pleading and summary judgment stages on behalf of employers.

Brad also defends clients in cases involving general negligence such as premises liability, wrongful death, trucking accidents, workplace accidents, and malpractice. In this practice, Brad has obtained several outright dismissals of claims at the pleading and summary judgment stages of litigation. He also has successfully obtained favorable settlements at mediation for high exposure claims. 

Last, Brad assists clients with professional licensing issues. Brad has counseled paramedics, EMTs, registered nurses, respiratory therapists, and others through administrative investigations where administrative boards threaten to suspend or revoke licenses. Here, Brad takes a personal approach to negotiate an outcome that best suits his client’s needs. 

Brad is a proud graduate of Morehead State University and the University of Kentucky College of Law. Brad spends his free time watching the Cincinnati Reds and playing his banjo. You may also see him out for a walk with his wife Kate, and his dogs Harlow and Stella.
