Haley Gorey is an associate attorney in the Fort Lauderdale office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Corporate and Business Aviation Practices. Haley’s practice is focused on transactional corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, and business aviation. With a strong foundation in corporate law, Haley advises clients on a wide range of complex business transactions across various industries including entertainment and commercial real estate.

Haley works closely with the firm’s Business Aviation Practice Group to counsel corporations, high-net-worth individuals and family offices on matters relating to aircraft ownership, acquisitions, sales, leasing and regulatory compliance.

As a member of the Executive Compensation Practice Group, Haley works to assist clients in designing and implementing competitive and compliant executive compensation packages, including equity-based incentives, deferred compensation plans, and employment agreements that retain top talent while aligning with business objectives.

A graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor, Haley also holds a degree from the Patterson School of Accountancy at the University of Mississippi, a program consistently ranked among the nation’s top accounting schools.
