Growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada, Manny first fell in love with Reno, Nevada when he visited during his time in the Nevada Army National Guard and always wanted to move there. Even after completing his enlistment in the Guard, he would  visit the City and Lake Tahoe area to engage in some of his favorite hobbies such as fishing and snowboarding. He was finally able to call Reno his home after being the provided with the opportunity to move there and has only began to explore the wonderful attractions that it offers.
