Jesse Harcar is an associate in the Pittsburgh office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Business Practices. He concentrates his practice in the areas ofenergy law and real estate, with a particular emphasis in oil and gas.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Harcar worked as an abstractor with a local firm in Pittsburgh. He also worked as a title curative specialist for a local real estate information and technology services company.
