Brenda A. Hard-Wilson is a litigation and real estate attorney with deep experience representing financial institutions, mortgage servicers, investors, and businesses in high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts. Her practice encompasses complex financial services litigation, title and real estate controversies, wrongful foreclosure defense, breach of contract claims, business torts and fraud, and claims under federal and state consumer finance laws, including the UCC, RESPA, TILA, FDCPA, and FCRA. She also advises individuals in select real estate and civil litigation matters. Brenda’s background includes managing high-volume, multi-jurisdictional dockets and developing compliance and operational resources for clients, drawing on her LL.M. in Taxation to bring a detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach to complex matters.
