Christopher C. Hernandez is an associate attorney in the Miami office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. His practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, including complex commercial litigation, vehicular negligence, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, negligent security, premises liability, and products liability.
Christopher earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While pursuing his Juris Doctor, Christopher distinguished himself through both advocacy and trial and training. He was a member of the nationally ranked Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, where he competed at the national level in oral and written advocacy. In addition, he was a member of the Yvette Ostolaza Trial Team and participated in the Litigation Skills Program.
Christopher served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He also spent his last year of law school working as a law clerk at a prominent boutique commercial litigation firm in Miami, where he worked on numerous complex litigation matters.
A Miami native, Christopher takes pride in his local roots and the community that shaped him. He is a proud graduate of Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, where he built the foundation for his academic and professional success. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
