Mark Hirschberg is a partner in the Los Angeles and Walnut Creek offices of Lewis Brisbois and a member of Healthcare Practice.

His practice focuses on healthcare, medical malpractice, premises liability, personal injury and elder abuse. Mr. Hirschberg’s professional and legal experience lies in defending complex, general and professional liability claims in the areas of medical malpractice, elder law, general liability and personal injury. He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation inclusive of and not limited to discovery, depositions, law and motion, mediation and settlement negotiations, oral argument, and trials. Mr. Hirschberg has obtained numerous successful outcomes for his clients in the form of dismissals and motions for summary judgment in the early phases of litigation.
