Kyle Hollander is an associate in the General Liability Practice. His practice primarily focuses on representing corporations, insurance companies, and their insureds in a wide range of liability claims. Kyle has experience handling cases involving retail and hospitality liability, pharmacy negligence, negligent security, automobile and trucking accidents, products liability, and construction defects, with a particular emphasis on defending catastrophic injury claims and large exposures.

Kyle received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During his time there, he distinguished himself as a three-time National Moot Court competitor, achieving numerous accolades. His accomplishments include being named Southeast Regional Champion in the NYC Bar National Moot Court Competition and advancing to the National Quarterfinals in the same competition. Kyle also received the best brief award at that competition. He was an American Bar Association Regional Semi Finalist and a Semi Finalist in the University of San Diego National Moot Court Competition.

Prior to embarking on his legal career, Kyle gained valuable experience working closely with the University of Georgia Football Team as a recruiting specialist. This background has enhanced his strategic approach and teamwork skills in his current legal practice.
