Craft Hughes is a partner in the Houston, Texas, office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP. Craft received his BBA from Texas Tech University and his law degree from South Texas College of Law. He focuses his practice on representing governmental entities and public officials in civil litigation, general employment disputes, and municipal civil service matters. He also advises clients on strategies to avoid litigation and methods to prepare for litigation.

Craft has over 20 years of litigation experience in Texas and Federal courts. He has been lead counsel in numerous jury trials through verdict and involved in judicial appellate opinions issued by the First and Fourteenth Courts of Appeals in Texas, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
