William Hunt is an associate in the Tampa office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation and General Liability practices. William’s commercial litigation experience covers a variety of topics, including data breach, breach of contract claims, real property disputes, and class action lawsuits. Mr. Hunt has also assisted banking clients with consumer financial services regulation cases and has helped large banks enforce judgments against real property owners.

William earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2015. After graduation, he worked at a Fortune 500 company as in-house counsel handling all matters of title disputes across 25 states. William’s experience and expertise in real estate title matters has aided his practice and seen resolution for clients including property access issues, competing liens, defective and competing ownership of land, and easement issues.

While in the General Liability practice, William handled wrongful death cases, defended Fortune 500 companies, and locally owned businesses.
