Greg Hurchalla, JD/MBA is a former federal prosecutor and "Top Lawyer" as recognized by more than one Philadelphia area publication in 2025.Greg began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. In 2001, he became a Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office. While with the Attorney General’s Office, Greg worked in the Environmental Crimes Section where he handled complex litigation prosecuting both individual and corporate offenders. In 2003, Greg returned to the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office serving as the Deputy District Attorney in charge of the Economic Crime, Public Integrity and Elder Exploitation Units. While with the District Attorney’s Office, he also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia. In 2009, Greg went on to have the high honor of serving as an Assistant United States Attorney in Savannah, Georgia where he prosecuted an array of white-collar, immigration and violent crimes.

Throughout his career as a state and federal prosecutor, Greg prosecuted a wide range of high profile cases including complex environmental and white-collar cases as well as numerous homicide cases. Several high profile cases have garnered national attention, including a case featured on television's "America’s Most Wanted". He has received Delaware County Victim Rights awards from two separate organizations. Greg has also served on his township’s Zoning Board and served as the District Attorneys Office lead Public Relations Officer. For approximately a decade, he has taught a variety of legal and litigation related topics at the graduate and undergraduate level at a few area colleges as well as to law enforcement personnel.

Since leaving public service in 2011, Greg has focused his practice on various areas of the law, including general liability, as well as representing large, medium, and small businesses in complex commercial litigation matters. His extensive experience includes handling disputes related to breach of contract to business torts. He has a proven track record in protecting clients' business interests and achieving favorable outcomes, whether through settlement or trial. Additionally, Greg has represented corporations and individuals in a wide range of commercial real estate, regulatory work, and criminal and white-collar cases and investigations brought by federal, state, and local agencies.
