Michelle Katzman is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Her practice concentrates on the defense of entities and individuals in all aspects of complex civil litigation from inception through resolution in both New York State and Federal Courts. Ms. Katzman specializes in the defense of all personal injury actions involving general liability, premises liability, and transportation. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Katzman worked at an insurance defense firm where she defended matters involving all aspects of personal injury, including premise liability, automotive liability, and property loss for insurance carriers and retail corporations.
