Eric J. Kloc is an associate in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Professional Liability practices.
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Kloc worked at a regional law firm, primarily focusing on professional liability cases involving residential real estate agents and general liability. Mr. Kloc also has prior experience with toxic tort, construction defect, and subrogation matters.
In addition to his general liability work, at Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Kloc works on professional liability cases representing insurance and commercial real estate brokers as well as labor & employment matters involving securing injunctive relief for clients’ former employees’ violations of non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements.
Mr. Kloc graduated from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 2022. During law school, Mr. Kloc was an Editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship & the Law and a Class Representative in the Student Bar Association and was a member of Pepperdine’s trial team. Prior to law school, Mr. Kloc graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2019, double majoring in Economics and Business Management.
